BepHub Child Safety Standards

BepHub is a recipe-sharing community for home cooks and food lovers. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards and measures we maintain to keep CSAE off our platform, in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on BepHub and will result in immediate content removal, account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, text, or links.
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of minors.
• Trafficking, sextortion, or any other exploitation of minors.
• Sharing contact details or attempting to move conversations off-platform to facilitate abuse.

BepHub is not directed to children. Our minimum age requirement is 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly allow children below the minimum age to create accounts.

2. In-App Reporting and Blocking

Every user can report objectionable content and block other users directly in the app:

• Report: Any recipe, comment, or user profile can be reported using the in-app report option. CSAE-related reports are prioritized for immediate review.
• Block: Users can block any other user. Blocked users’ content is hidden in both directions.

3. How We Handle Reports

• Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, with CSAE reports treated as the highest priority.
• Content that violates these standards is removed promptly, and the responsible account is suspended or terminated.
• Confirmed CSAM is preserved as required by law and reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Reporting to Authorities

We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org, and cooperate with law enforcement as required. Users and members of the public who become aware of CSAE can also report directly to:

• INHOPE (international hotline network): www.inhope.org
• Your local law enforcement agency.

5. Compliance and Updates

We align our standards with applicable child-safety laws and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. We review and update these standards regularly, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
