BepHub is a recipe sharing community where you can discover, cook, save, and share recipes. This page explains how to get help.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Open the app, tap Create an account, and sign up with your email, username, and password. You’ll receive an activation link by email to confirm your account.
Check your spam folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, use Resend activation on the login screen, or email us at the address above.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password or Forgot username and follow the emailed instructions.
Tap the + (create) button, add a title, photos (up to 10), ingredients, steps, tags, and prep/cook times, then publish or save as a draft.
Use the report option on a recipe, comment, or profile, or email us. We review reports and remove content that violates our guidelines.
You can request account deletion from within the app, or email us at bephub.us@gmail.com. We delete your account, profile, recipes, comments, and uploaded photos within 30 days of a verified request.
